Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our organization's success. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and boasts a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting and evaluating training programs, with a preference for manufacturing expertise. Key attributes include strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent time management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs in collaboration with departmental leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts.
• Design, develop, and update training programs aligned with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Efficiently organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring effectiveness without disrupting production.
• Manage training schedules, maintain accurate records, and generate progress reports for regulatory compliance.
• Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees, managers, and leadership.
• Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Oversee e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) for online training and progress tracking.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement onboarding training programs for seamless new hire integration.
• Continuously enhance training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Manage the training budget, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and vendor selection for external training services.
• Coordinate safety training to ensure adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Assist in training-related activities during regulatory inspections and audits, maintaining accurate and accessible training records.
• Collaborate on additional HR department duties as assigned, including participation in the recruiting process for hourly and salaried employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and assessing training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
